Hi, my name is Aaron Lang — I’ve been playing, training, coaching, and mentoring in the sport of volleyball for over 25 years.

I started Lang Volley to share my knowledge, workouts, recipes, and resources with the volleyball community. Whether you’re just starting out or already competing at a high level, my goal is to help you unlock the skills, strength, and understanding that build a long, healthy career in the game we love.
